Ron moved and Bill seconded adoption of the agenda. Voted unanimously.
Margie moved and Ron seconded adoption of the Minutes from the April 10, 2017 meeting. Voted unanimously.
Ron presented the monthly financial report. The Library is in satisfactory condition.
The Trustees discussed future articles for The Limrik.
Bill moved and Ron seconded a motion to go into executive session. Adopted unanimously.
Bill moved and Steve seconded a motion to end the executive session. . Adopted unanimously.
Margie moved and Ron moved adjournment. Adopted unanimously.
